I'd say that's not really true at all. Just because people aren't here clogging the interwebs with praise and adoration doesn't mean they aren't digging it. Play some shows, at like the Music Box and the Blind Mule (the latter would probably be more appropriate for you if you're still doing it solo-style). Satori and Serda's would be good for you, too! Play and play often, at as many places in town as you can. Internet-only promotion is for rappers, haha!
