The
Hormones consist of B.F. Stokes (Vocals/Guitar), George K. (Vocals),
Chris B. (Bass), and Tuan T. (Drums). The Hormones have nothing
to offer the Mobile music scene. They ain't pretty. They're
not skinny or in good shape (well, maybe Tuan), and they can't
dance (no exceptions here). They don't write songs for mass
consumption or cater to musical trends, or play the latest songs.
The covers that they do play won't get them the "high paying"
gigs like frat parties, high school proms, or Bar Mitzvahs.
These guys don't even play "Brown Eyed Girl"! How
could they possibly survive in Mobile, Alabama? |
|
Spunji
is a 3-piece punk band. Spunji is Judy Poison (Vocals/Guitar),
Mary Vegas (Vocals/Bass), and Ernie (Drums). |

and Terry (Drums). |

The
Judas Cradle is a five piece Hardcore band from the Southeast.
Consists of Roger (Guitar), Daniel (Drums), Michael (Vocals),
Guy (Bass), and Nick (Guitar). The guys combine crazy guitar
riffs and some black metal with the hardcore breakdowns that
make people go nuts. They have been compared to likes of Converge,
so check these guys out... The band was formed in January of
2000 but most of its members had been making music together
for a little over two years. With the release of their EP "Words
Fallen on Deaf Ears" the band is taking a short break to
get some schooling out of the way and write new material, but
will reform to play shows and record in a few months. |
|
Coming
to an End is a four piece band with a Hardcore/Crazy Tough Guy
sound. Consists of Caleb (Guitar), Robert (Vocals), Ryan (Drums),
and Jason (Bass). They are a Spirit filled band that feed off
of their Christian beliefs. They take their praise to a whole
new level. |

Formed
in 2000, the timing of The Ugli Stick couldn't have been more
prophetic: a new millennium to usher in a new style of music.
A style that puts rock, funk and hip-hop through the musical
blender to create radio-friendly hits that appeal to everyone.
And just like the music, the fans are equally diverse and dedicated.
Playing nearly 200 shows a year, Ugli Stick fans of all ages
and from all backgrounds pack venues to see the dynamic and
engaging live stage shows. The Ugli Stick is led by Eric Erdman,
an experienced acoustic and electric guitar player with magnetic
stage presence and undeniable charisma. Backing him are four
skilled musicians and performers: Tim Stanton, a well-respected
and well-traveled drummer; guitar gods and general musical geniuses
Brian Graves and Dale Drinkard and Brandon Whigham on bass.
Besides incredible expertise on the bass, Whigham shines with
his melodic harmonies and fiery stage presence. Catchy, insightful
and full of honesty, The Ugli Stick's songs stay with listeners
long after the music stops. With more than 2000 copies of the
first album (Beatdown) sold, the band is currently recording
album number 2 (With An I). So look out! This band, armed with
great music and a style that's all its own, is on a mission
to make sure everyone gets hit by The Ugli Stick! For more information,

Fry
Cook is a (whoops I slipped on a banana peel) three piece madness
mayhem, throw down, wacky, instrumental rock band from the underworld
of Mobile, Alabama. Don't forget your plunger.
On guitar: James "Pain in the Amp" Johnson. All you
see is some dude with a guitar having an epileptic seizure and
somehow tight nutty riffs are spewed forth from his amp.
On drums: Art "Painiac" Pace. With the goal to become
the first drummer ever to actually explode into a bazzilion
tiny pieces of pure adrenaline while bashing the skins.
On bass: Jeff the Brewton of "Throwdownsville". You
only need to know one thing...He will. |

KillYourComputer
is: Donald”TheZombie”Brewer- 7string baritone guitar;
Guy”ThePriest”Gallagher- vocals; Herb Shoub- Drums;
Chad Orr-Bassist Mobile Alabama based band was formed in late
2002 when Donald and Herb got together out of a necessity for
each other to release the sounds that they hear in their heads.
With no expectations they started writing groove oriented riffs
over and over making recordings and feeding off each others
vibes. Guy was added not too long after to release the pent
up emotion that he has inside caused by everyday life. Only
then did they complete the line up with Chad to beef up the
low end. With all the cards in hand we are out to express all
the emotional energy of an alternative/hardcore band, but with
the melodic, musical side of a progressive metal band. On stage
you can feel the emotion of these guys releasing the energy
that they call music. |

music scene survivor and throw in a piece of Oxford, Mississippi
white trash and you've got a big steamy pile of AllGetOut! You'll

on a nun. These guys rock like they mean it. Check 'em out and
give 'em a listen. |

Out
from the underground music scene of the Gulf Coast, Breccia
materializes a sonic display of expression generated by current
and past musicians of the Mobile scene. The concoction, which
brewed up at its own pace, has migrated to something fundamentally
tangible. Breccia has many influences that transcend from the
underground sounds of New Orleans/Mobile, from Classic guitar
overtones influenced by Sabbath/Zepplin with a modern twist,
and from drum grooves inherent to the roots of music itself.
Technology is the key to this musical endeavor. After bouncing
guitar and vocal ideas back and forth via the internet, Breccia
started to breathe and show life. Now that the Ep is out, Breccia
is doing shows for support of the release. In a few months Breccia
will be going back in the studio to record its first full length
studio album. |

Hailing
from Mobile, AL, German Honor Society's only mission is to play
rockin' songs fueled by the almighty power of Dr. Bob, the greatest
of all generic soft drinks. Their music has been described as
"A Taco Bell Kind of Zesty" and is certain to cause
everyone present at one of their performances to rock quite
vigorously. This quartet features Greezy-Guitar/Vocals, Matt
"Guitar" Hamner-Rhythm Guitar, Jesse Barnes-Bass Guitar,
and The Fabulous NIP-Drums. |

DISSONANT

original music the past 10 months. They are currently planning

Orleans) - pending the acquisition, (or apprehension) of a talent

Signull
47 is one hard hitting, true to the core, screw the establishment,
rock-n-roll band. With influences ranging from Miles Davis to
Glen Danzig, these guys put on one hell of a show. You haven't
seen a group of guys rock this hard and entertain so well since
the FAT ALBERT band. |

Composing
stripped down, bass driven songs layered with inventive, melodic
pop hooks and evocative lyrics, the tiles meld pop and punk
to create the self described pseudo-pop sound that has established
them not only as one of the best indie bands of today, but quite
possibly of all time. |
|
APerfectWorld
is a fourpeice MetalCore band from Daphne/Mobile AL. Their
songs are not written to achieve mainstream success, but to
express their passion and gratitude for what they do. They
play brutal and emotionally driven songs that are sure to
capture both metal and hardcore audiences alike. In our music,
there is a carefully constructed co-existence of hard and
soft. I think that balance is part of what sets us apart musically
and, hopefully, our listeners are never trapped in one musical
genre. We wanna show people that love is the greatest thing,
not in a worldly way, but just a compassionate way. That's
our message.

Hotcakes
began as four separate stains on the jizzrag of the devil. Justin
Rob 'n' Sin (drums), Hot Keith (guitar), Hot Dean Burrito (Bass)
and Deke Cougar Cakes (vocals) juggernauted their way through
the best and sleaziest bands of Mobtown before uniting together
Voltron-style to form the massive onslaught of ass-blowing,
guitar-wielding, food-thorwing, twat-pounding debauchery that
is Hotcakes!. Such power is sustained and nourished on a pure
diet of rock 'n' roll, free beer, sin and stripper sweat. Hotcakes!-
We rock so you don't have to.. |
